Sarah and Travis
Travis & Sarah pride themselves on their love for the outdoors and fitness. Always up for new adventures, they moved to New York where they stumbled upon the joy that is AntiGravity® Yoga. After moving back to Austin in 2009, they prepared themselves for a new adventure in Fit To The Core. They both hope to spread their passion for fitness with the addition of the first and only studio offering AntiGravity® Yoga in Austin and Texas.

Rachel
Rachel moved to Austin from Plano, Texas to go to school in 2003, and considers herself one of the lucky who managed to stay after graduation. She started taking yoga classes as a student at the University of Texas, and completed her 200 hour teacher training in August 2010. Rachel has always been active. She was first attracted to yoga because she wanted to be a more well-rounded athlete, but the more she practiced, the farther yoga moved beyond a flexibility component to her regular exercise. Yoga gave her a heightened awareness of the mind-body connection that is so vital for physical and mental health, and it helps bring them into harmony with one another. The best part is that yoga meets each individual where he or she is, and every practitioner is a student with more to learn and explore.
Caprice
Caprice
Caprice has experienced an enthusiasm and passion for fitness for as long as she can remember. From a young age Caprice was particularly drawn to running - a form of cardiovascular exercise that continues to be a source of great pleasure in her life. She was always involved in sports and appreciated the way her body responded to consistent physical exertion. Caprice's passion led her to begin teaching in 2004. She is certified in Body Pump, Body Attack, and Cycling (RPM) through Lesmills and has additional certifications through ACE and the American Heart Association. It is very important to her to help motivate people to exercise and care for themselves so they too can experience the benefits she has had within their own bodies.
Denise
Denise
For Denise, Yoga is her most favorite thing. In January 2009, she went to a yoga class at the local YMCA and has been practicing yoga ever since. Yoga made Denise feel great and her goal is to share this wonderful practice with as many people as she possibly can. Her teaching style includes traditional Hatha and Vinyasa styles as well as Tai Chi, Chi Gong and a good sense of humor. Denise earned her RYT 200 under the tutelage of Kurt Johnsen, the founder of American Power Yoga and recently completed a second 200-hour training with the senior instructors of Black Swan Yoga.
Varisa
Varisa
Varisa has been practicing various styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Power yoga) since 2004. Besides yoga, her passion includes Thai massage and eastern holistic healing disciplines. Her yoga style combines all these elements which share similarities and can increase health benefits when practice together. Her classes focus on the principle of core strength, alignment, balance, stretch, deep breathing, meditate and sense of peace. She creates her classes that combine Hatha yoga and Thai ascetic (self-stretching) massage.

AnitGravity® Yoga is $18 per class.

Hatha Yoga

Vigorous flows of postures to warm the body, focus the mind, increase flexibility, build strength and stamina. You will flow from one posture to another, synchronizing breath and movement.
Often the class begins with sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, then moves to seated forward-folds, twists, back-bends and inversions. It is a wildly strong practice that fires up your body, while cooling your mind. Classes may include more advanced postures like arm balancing, handstands or inversions.

Classes schedule :
Monday : Hatha flow Yoga at 05.00- 06.00 pm.
Wednesday : Hatha flow Yoga at 05.00- 06.00 pm.

Thai Therapeutic Yoga

Thai Therapeutic Yoga will stretch your mind and body.
Classes schedule :
Friday : Thai Therapeutic Yoga at 12.00- 01.00 pm.


Private classes available at $85 for a 60 minutes class.

AntiGravity® Yoga is a fitness regime designed to increase one's overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty in an AntiGravity® Hammock. The technique was created by gymnasts for the sake of exploring the air and has been modified and enhanced to fit into the yoga mold and to cater to the everyday athlete. By adding additional techniques from dance, pilates and calisthenics, AntiGravity® is a complete workout that is certain to get you in shape while realigning you from the compression of gravity. AntiGravity® Yoga takes into consideration both meanings of the word --- working to manipulate physics while staying lighthearted.

Personal Training

Prepare to be challenged with personal training sessions with Caprice. Each session will challenge muscle groups & push your fitness to the next level. Appropriate for all fitness levels; this class incorporates weights, plyometrics & challenging core exercises to get you fit to your core!

Personal training sessions are by appointment, $40 for one-hour session.
